No.We offer a free 12 months support and employee training for all our

How do I upgrade my subscription?
It
is easy. Login to you sus-Dashboard and go to "Services->my subscriptions"
select
the subscription that you want to upgrade, click upgrade and choose you
desired plan. Submit the form and pay for the order with a payment method of
your choosy. You're done.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We
do hope you do not cancel, but if you decide to do, we would want to hear
about why you cancel. Your reason(s) will determine whether you get a refund
or not.

Our
products are compatible with but not limited to Android, iOS and Windows
devices.
Does Sus-Products integrate with 3rd party apps?
Yes,
but some products are specific to their type of API to integrate with,
that might require extra work to be completed by SusTech.

We
provide free 12-month support and employee training for all products.
Additionally, each product comes with an online "How to use" documentation.
Is it possible for me to switch plans, upgrade or downgrade whenever I need to?
All
SusTech apps are modular, allowing you to customize your subscriptions by
selecting only the features you want.
Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations can be easily managed through the
user-friendly sus-dashboard.
Login to your sus-dashboard and select "Subscriptions/Trials," then choose
your app and proceed.

After paying the setup and subscription fees, you won't be charged for
anything, which includes 24/7 support.
Is it possible to make quarterly payments?
Yes.
With sus-apps, you can pay as you go or in advance for any number of months.

Free-Trial
How does the 14-day free trial work?
After submitting the form to request a trial, you will receive an email
shortly thereafter containing your new Login credentials.
Please use the link to your favorite app and the provided credentials to log
in. Free trials only give you the standard version features of your chosen
app for 14 days.The pro feature can only be tried for 14 days if you have
already subscribed to the app.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 14-day trial ends, your account will be suspended for 48 hours
before being automatically deleted, along with all data. To subscribe, log
in to your sus-dashboard,
go to "Services -> My Trials -> choose your active/inactive trial", and
click the subscribe button in the top-right corner of your screen. You'll
then be prompted to select a plan and enter your payment details.
Do I need a credit card to start a Sus-ERP trial?
You
can definitely try Sus-ERP and other sus-products for free for 14 days
without needing a credit card. Once your trial period is over,
you can decide if you want to subscribe for the product and select a payment
plan that works best for you.
Why are your apps trial only 14 days?
We
have allotted a generous 14-day period for you to explore and test our
product's functionalities. This will give you sufficient time to familiarize
yourself with all its features and capabilities.
Once you've gained a thorough understanding of what our product can do,
you can then decide which customized plan would best fit the needs and
requirements of your business.
